This run starts on the NW side of Cheadle Lake, follow the gravel road separating the lake from the Lebanon Canal. The road will fork allowing you stay on gravel or transition to pavement, both are short out and backs. The paved route continues along the canal, the turn around point is at Werich Rd. The gravel route leads to four mini peninsulas stretching out onto the lake. Combining the gravel and the paved section will net around three miles of trail.

Fish are abundant in Cheadle Lake and easily seen from the trail, many birds and fisherman have taken notice creating a popular fishing hole for both.
